Meet Our Speakers

As an Arhuaca indigenous woman, Rosa is an indigenous leader, recognized for her leadership with a long track record in the fight for the preservation of the environment, the defense of the human rights of the Arhuaco people, in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
Her work within the organizational process instituted by Mamos and indigenous authorities, represents the spokesperson for women, in times when gender demands more inclusion and respect; and the Arhuaca indigenous woman in defense of the main water factory on the Caribbean Coast-Colombia.
