Mohammed Al-Khaled is the founder of Netzero, a platform he launched in 2019 to make tree planting accessible, seamless, and transparent for individuals and companies. With a background in mechanical engineering, Mohammed is driven by a belief in innovative solutions for global challenges. That’s why Netzero focuses on leveraging AI to address climate change in the region. Recognized as a young leader, Mohammed has been named as a finalist for the UNEP Young Champion of the Earth Award, the UN’s top environmental award for youth, honoring his work in blending technology with nature-based solutions to combat climate change through carbon offsetting.
