Lewanne Carminati is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Financial Director at Sylvania Platinum Ltd.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and a postgraduate Honours degree in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, which she completed in 2002.

Before joining Sylvania Platinum, Carminati worked as the Group Financial Manager at Shaft Sinkers. She joined Sylvania Platinum in 2011 and was appointed as the Executive Officer for Finance for the company’s South African operations. She later took on the role of CFO.
Lewanne Carminati is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a robust skill set that includes international financial reporting, financial management, and other financial expertise.

As CFO, she is involved in various financial and strategic decisions for Sylvania Platinum Ltd including the ESG programs of the Company with specific emphasis on the rehabilitation of the tailings dams.
