Executive Director, The Soil Solution
Ebrima is a well erudite professional, a Soil Scientist with over eleven (11) years in soil management. He holds a Masters in Soil Science, a BSc in Microbiology and an Advance National Diploma in Agriculture and Natural Sciences. Well before staring “The Soil Solution” a non-profit, non-governmental organizations, Ebrima used to be a high school teacher. He has taught Agriculture and Natural Sciences in various schools across the Gambia winning the National STEM Teacher Coordinator of the Gambia in 2017.
As of today; Ebrima as a passionate born and brought farmer has been involve in training communities and raising awareness of more ten thousand farmers and school children on the values of sustainable soil management, helping to restore over 1000 hectares of land and currently supporting government to develop a land policy in the Gambia.
He has been celebrated with various awards both within and outside the Gambia.
