Ana Di Pangracio

Deputy Director, Fundación Ambiente y Recursos Naturales

Ana Di Pangracio is a lawyer, specialized in environmental law and policy. She has over 17 years ́ work experience in civil society organizations. She is Biodiversity Director and Deputy Director at Fundación Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (FARN) in Argentina, an organization striving for environmental protection to be public policy. She works on participatory land-use planning, wetlands and native forests management, protected and conserved areas, ecological restoration and a human rights-based approach to conservation. She follows the CBD and UNCCD negotiations.

She is a member of the CBD Women’s Caucus and UNCCD Gender Caucus. She is an elected member of the UNCCD CSO Panel for the LAC region until COP16 and an elected IUCN Councillor until 2025.
