Adewumi Owolabi is the managing director of Aerobic Agroforestry Limited, an agronomist and ecopreneur with a Bachelor’s in Agriculture and an MBA in Agribusiness from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. An alumnus of IFF, Germany, he is a seasoned project manager with over a decade of experience optimizing profitability and efficiency. Adewumi has managed large nurseries, established expansive tree plantations, and promoted biodiversity. He’s received awards like the You-win and Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship awards for his impactful work in sustainability and agribusiness, became an Uplink Innovator by the World Economic Forum in 2022, and won the NIMOGSA Afforestation Project award in 2020. Passionate about rural development.
