Maryanne Gichanga is the CEO and Co-founder of AgriTech Analytics Ltd, a company that integrates AI-powered satellite data analytics and data from a crop and soil IoT solar-powered sensor to halt and reverse soil degradation, crop pests and diseases, to end hunger in Africa.

Maryanne is a procurement graduate from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and currently pursuing a second degree in Law from Mount Kenya University. She has 14 years of experience and a personal mission to empower smallholder farmers with data-driven insights that enable them to make more informed decisions about their crops and soils leading to higher yields, increased profitability and reduced agricultural impact on the environment.
Maryanne’s commitment to innovation and sustainability has earned her numerous national and international accolades, including , WAYA Ag Tech Innovators category 2023,Women Empowerment Awards by Bayer Foundation 2023 and YECO Awards 2024 Land restoration category.
