Mr. Sidibe, is BSc holder in Ecology, an accomplished Operations Officer with “The Soil Solution”, a non-governmental organization dedicated to improving soil health and promoting sustainable agricultural practices. His role includes managing the day-to-day operations, coordinating field projects, and implementing strategic initiatives that support the NGO’s mission to combat soil degradation and advocate for regenerative agriculture.

With a strong foundation in ecology, Mr. Sidibe, has developed a deep understanding of soil ecosystems and their critical role in global environmental health also overseeing project logistics, monitors field operations, and manages partnerships with local communities and stakeholders. Abdoul, has successfully led several community outreach and training programs aimed at educating farmers and rural populations on soil conservation and sustainable land-use methods.

He is passionate about creating meaningful impact through collaborative efforts and research-based approaches, making them an invaluable asset to “The Soil Solution” and the broader ecological community.
