Gwyn Watson is the Global Engagement Lead at Restor, where he leads a team of regional engagement specialists and has successfully grown the platform to feature over 220,000 community, indigenous, smallholder farmer, and locally-led restoration and conservation projects. He also drives strategies for distributing funds to support these grassroots initiatives. Additionally, Gwyn is leading Restor’s Global Land Initiatives Collaboration Prize, which highlights corporate sustainability efforts and the work of NGOs implementing impactful land restoration projects worldwide.

Originally from Pembrokeshire, West Wales, Gwyn has deep ties to sustainable agriculture and is passionate about empowering local communities to drive environmental restoration. His work focuses on fostering partnerships and scaling up initiatives that restore ecosystems and enhance resilience on a global scale.
