Elena Doms is an award-winning environmental leader, former Director at Mastercard and CEO of nature tech +EARTH+.
Elena was born and raised in the Arctic, witnessing climate change firsthand. She worked with businesses across 35 countries and led teams up to 500 people. But seeing her childhood home melt away and becoming a mother, inspired her to quit corporate career in search for real impact.
Now Elena and +EARTH+ team are on a mission to create the largest Soil & CO2 cleanup with nature. They restore soils from pollution and degradation with the power of plants. And use clean plant biomass to create carbon-negative circular construction materials.
Elena is also LinkedIn Top Green Voice and an internationally recognised Sustainability speaker, gathering audiences up to 4,500 people and being trusted by Microsoft, ChangeNOW, Innovation Zero, FT, Worldline and other organisations.
