Meet Our Speakers

Nancy Barisoa Andriamiarimbola is a young leader from Madagascar with a Master’s in Computer Science. She is passionately dedicated to environmental justice, leading the EcoShe project, which earned the Climate Justice Award from the Climate Development and Knowledge Network(CDKN). She serves as the Gender and Land Co-Facilitator at the UNCCD Youth Caucus and mentors young women on climate justice through the Women Environmental Programme. Currently, she is the Youth in Landscape Initiative Intern for Africa at the Global Landscapes Forum. Her work has been featured in newspapers and magazines, and she has represented Madagascar at numerous international events.
