Mensa Abuodou is Lieutenant Colonel of Water and Forests serving at the Ministry of Environment and Forest Resources. He has been the National Focal Point of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification for a year. He is an environmental biologist, manager of protected areas and wildlife.
